"The presentation of property and staff were excellent. With that said, the room with 2 beds were doubles and have clear room for queen size beds, which would make the sleeping arrangement way more comfortable for guests. The mattresses were hard. Even the toilet paper was cheap. The restaurants were overpriced, especially when within walking distance you can find just as quality of food for 1/3rd the price. The railing in the courtyards obstructed the view and should be replaced. Needed more...

"This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget and wanted to be within walking distance to the beach. The Lake Worth Pier is nearby for some early morning (or throughout the day) fishing. There walking paths both on the beach and along the main road if you like adventuring. The building and room were a little outdated, but the room was very large and could easily accommodate a small family with full kitchen and on-site swimming pool. "The Colony Hotel is the perfect place for a girls get away - the hotel is beautifully decorated and the theme is consistent throughtout the property. The rooms are individually decorated and each one if unique and inviting - the pool is lovely, the bar is a scene and the cocktails are great! The staff goes out of their way to make your experience fabulous - a totally wonderful experience!"

"The Palm House is definitely the best in Palm Beach. Everything about the experience was incredible. My 2 adult daughters and I did a 4 day Mother’s Day trip. The 2 queen beds were great! We ate at some of the best restaurants and we vote the drinks at the Palm House among the best!"

Sometimes available parking was so far away that we needed to shuttle back to the hotel. This should have been communicated to guests beforehand. They hotel was not transparent. "

"This place is not your typical motel stay. You are checked in via txt instructions. The innkeepers personally text you and communicate everything you need to get settled. The rooms are like renting a bedroom in a historic house. There are multiple sized rooms or even larger suites to choose from. The property is private, stunning and in a great location.
