"Room key kept resetting, had to visit front desk 4 times to reset the key card to get access. Headache when told it should work and it didn’t. Overall, service and staff was friendly."

"Breakfast was good, staff were grumpy. Room was clean, but bathroom was a poor renovation that needs it again, no vent fan and mold was visible. Shower head was low, even for my 5'3" height due to a bathtub being put over another bathtub. Outside of building is gold vinyl siding that looks grey due to the freeway exhaust on the outside. Filthy. lighting even when turned all on and all the way up in the room was very dim. Room was quiet. tub didn't want to drain very well during shower,...

"The hotel and room were clean and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were small. We were also right along the road and could hear the traffic."

"Although our son did not get to stay(work cancelation at last minute) the staff there worked with Expedia to get him a partial refund on what would have been a week stay for business travel. Thank you and we will continue to book our stays here when we are in OshKosh."

"Room had a musty smell upon entry. There was a terrible patch job on one of the handles in the shower and the showerhead was white with scum buildup. One lamp was busted and rusty. The alarm clock from 1992 was behind the nightstand as if it had fallen back there and was never put back in place. The icing on the cake was when the fire alarm was going off at 8:15am throughout the entire hotel. Staff said “ no fire, it’s just the air fryer!” As everyone was standing outside of their rooms...

"Good location, easy parking and very nice lobby. Gym was disappointing. Most staff were very helpful and friendly. Wonderful bed and rooms. So-so for sounds at night - a lot of wedding celebrations during our stay. Excellent but expensive breakfast. Our server was above and beyond. Good coffee."

"Restaurant was nice. Did not dine there as I had other plans while I was in town. Cafe and gift shop had odd hours and were never open while I was in the hotel. Rooms were nice, but the king bed rooms were very tight, and there was not a lot of space for suitcases and walking around. Granted, I did not select the upgraded rooms, which were larger. Access to self-parking was easy and covered. Lots of food options within walking distance."

"Very bad experience so the hotel is being remodeled no type of breakfast no coffee one ice machine on the main floor no bathroom in the lobby and they are still renovating but WHYY open YOU GUYS SHOULD STAY CLOSE UNTIL EVERYTHING IS DONE. POOL IS STILL OUT AND IN THE ROOM IF YOU COME ACROSS LIKE SOME OF THE DUST OR STUFF FROM WHEN THEY WERE REDOING THE PLACE, AT LEAST YOU COULD HAVE WIPED IT DOWN. it also towels we’re not clean they were stained it"

"good: breakfast was plentiful and full. staff were very friendly. everything was honestly fine except... bad: everything had a film of grime on it, pretty dirty unfortunately. maybe I wouldn't have minded if I didn't have my toddler around but even the chairs in the breakfast area were covered in grime. was it butter? I don't know."
