"I am BEYOND DISGUSTED w/ my experience at this hotel.From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment has ZERO REGARD for basic human decency, let alone ADA federal accommodations!
I was traveling w/ my disabled child,while trying to check in-the front desk clerk, RACHEL, is disgustingly more RUDE and DISMISSIVE.She remained on her phone the ENTIRE time, did NOT acknowledge me- had the audacity to make disrespectful comments about my child’s disability. That alone was unacceptable—but it got WORSE!
She then informed me that my deposit would be $200 instead of the standard $100, strongly insinuating that it was because of my son’s disability.That is BLATANT DISCRIMINATION. There is no justification for treating a guest differently based on a disability, and it is a direct violation of ADA protections!
I had already requested ADA accommodations in advance- not only were they not honored, but I was met with hostility and disrespect instead. I did not feel safe, welcomed, or respected in any way. I refused to stay and immediately requested a refund which was denied!
To make matters even worse,the property itself felt unsafe.The parking lot was filled with people loitering in their vehicles, openly smoking what appeared to be illegal substances.There were even raccoons gathering near the room doors and entrances, which is both unsanitary and alarming.The hotel may be located right off the highway, but it sits in a dark poorly lit area that feels genuinely unsafe"
