"This is a cheap hotel in the area where you can rest before departing to the airport or the cruise. Before booking online You should check out the lobby and the building. Lobby smelled like ammonia from dog urine. Every part of the building was dirty and outdated even the outside. At 3:00 in the morning multiple cars were broken into and alarms are going off The night we were there. The staff was very friendly though I will say that and there's free breakfast."

"Pool was dirty unfortuantely, and The breakfast was horrible, it was blueberry muffins and coffee, and it wasn't ready on time. "

"Our stay was fabulous, the staff and the accommodations were very clean and very organized. The staff is very helpful. The beach and the pools were fabulous, we stayed in the bungalows. They had a lounge area where you could get ice, popsicles, and water at all times. The downtown area we walk to every night tons of restaurants and ice cream, places and coffee shops. Everything that you need, cross the street from the plunge is a Publix , dollar store and restaurants to eat."

"I am BEYOND DISGUSTED w/ my experience at this hotel.From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment has ZERO REGARD for basic human decency, let alone ADA federal accommodations! I was traveling w/ my disabled child,while trying to check in-the front desk clerk, RACHEL, is disgustingly more RUDE and DISMISSIVE.She remained on her phone the ENTIRE time, did NOT acknowledge me- had the audacity to make disrespectful comments about my child’s disability. That alone was unacceptable—but it got WORSE! She then informed me that my deposit would be $200 instead of the standard $100, strongly insinuating that it was because of my son’s disability.That is BLATANT DISCRIMINATION. There is no justification for treating a guest differently based on a disability, and it is a direct violation of ADA protections! I had already requested ADA accommodations in advance- not only were they not honored, but I was met with hostility and disrespect instead. I did not feel safe, welcomed, or respected in any way. I refused to stay and immediately requested a refund which was denied! To make matters even worse,the property itself felt unsafe.The parking lot was filled with people loitering in their vehicles, openly smoking what appeared to be illegal substances.There were even raccoons gathering near the room doors and entrances, which is both unsanitary and alarming.The hotel may be located right off the highway, but it sits in a dark poorly lit area that feels genuinely unsafe"

"Hotel has great location, parking and accessibility but the rooms need urgent remodeling. Had to change rooms because of sounds from outside and bad toilet. Next room assign was quieter but still issues with toilet."

"There was no airport shuttle. Food in restaurant wasn’t that great. Room was comfortable. Netflix sign in was great. "
