"I honestly don’t know where to begin—this was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were dead bugs on the bed, which is completely unacceptable anywhere, let alone a place that’s supposed to provide a clean and safe place to sleep. The linens were in terrible condition—thin, torn, and full of holes. It felt like nothing had been properly cleaned or maintained in a very long time. The entire room had a grimy, neglected feel.
