"I don’t know where to begin. To summarise - ground in old dirt & very tired. For the 3 nights we were there reception was closed. Disgusting apartment, we weren’t offered a cleaner one, nor a deep clean, nor a move by Expedia, and refund refused - we paid £650 for 3 nights. No effective security & only a push button on door to lock apartment. It really spoilt our stay on the Gold Coast. So bad we only returned to sleep. "Unfortunately, we did not know that the room was on the third floor and there was no lift. Had we known this we would not have booked here. My wife has an issue walking up many stairs so it was somewhat stressful. However, we did have an issue as we went out for the evening and when we returned, we found the curtain rail in the bedroom had come down at one end with the curtain attached. "Excellent location and very neat and clean. Great views minimalistic decor but well presented. Short walk to Caville Ave and Tran stop. Pool was great indoor and outdoor although in separate building was easy to get to. Highly recommend for singles or families with lots of room options. Supermarkets just outside entrance. Check in a little clunky, so you need to read and understand instuctions. Otherwise 10 out of 10."
