"Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. "

"The rooms were much smaller than expected. Although the two beds were a decent size, there were no closets or wardrobes. This meant that we either had to keep everything on the sitting bench that shut it out into the very thin walkway at the foot of the beds, or hang everything up. Hanging everything up from the wall hooks was cute, but absolutely did not work for multiple people staying in that room. The backpacks shut it out all the bags were constantly in the way. "Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a noise issue with a broken AC/heat unit and had to move in the middle of the night because we couldn't sleep, but they were helpful. Tried to call desk, but phone was missing the cord and didn't work. Breakfast was lacking options. I wished they had more items and fresh items (fewer packaged items), but it was fine for a day. Convenient to Hersheypark which is what we needed it for. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms....

"The Property was very noisy. I think the rooms do not offer much by way of sound proofing. It felt like a hollowed out apartment at times where you could hear the people in the rooms next door and up stairs walking around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The linens/comforters should be washed more thoroughly. The property was all around clean and nice."

"The carpet and walls in the hallways were definitely worn, but our room was very clean and in good repair. Beds and pillows were comfortable and well cleaned. No complaints. Breakfast had typical options, our family of 5 was satisfied. Coffee was disappointing and smelled/tasted weird. Water was almost undrinkable - BYO Bottled Water!"
