"We needed to book a hotel last minute due to the tropical storm. The two women that I interacted with at the front desk were kind and helpful. The room was clean but dated and musty. There was obvious wear throughout room and the fan on the air conditioner was noisy. Overall felt safe and slept well and it worked for the night."

"They need to hire more staff for weekend mornings bc there was only one woman working both the coffee counter and the breakfast and we weren’t able to get a coffee to go in time. There are not other coffee options close by the hotel.
Room was clean but floors were sticky in the lobby and elevator lobby area on main floor"

"Such a beautiful hotel! Convenient location. I wish the air didn’t turn off for 15 minutes at a time. There was also a very bright light shining up into our room window and made it seem like it was daylight peaking through the cracks but everything was great overall."

"Nice room but the property likely isn't for everyone. No staff so if your door code doesn't work as happened to us it's a hassle. You access the rooms via a door off an alley. Unusual to say the least. You have to use your own Netflix or Amazon prime TV account.
However very convenient to
downtown and not your chain hotel."
