"This hotel is nice. We stayed in a basic room. There is no housekeeping service for the time we stayed which was 3 nights. The little freezer compartment was iced over and we couldn’t fit anything in it. So we got no new towels or amenities for 3 days.
When we came to check out at 9 am when the office opened the man at the desk said the credit card machine wouldn’t be online for 15mins. We needed to go so we left credit card details to be charged, a different card from the original deposit card....

"Grea value for money. Surprised at spacious villa; expected one room with bed, seating area with couch/tv & kitchenette with courtyard & got separate bedroom from seating/tv area & kitchenette with private courtyard.
Super well kept grounds, lovely setting with paths, garden beds & larger plants/bushes scattering throughout.
Staff very welcoming in all areas. Bar/restaurant nice decor & excellent staff. Great food & drink with discount to guests.
Own allocated parking bay to room. Very short...

"Our only criticism is that the key operating the lights wasnt explained and we locked ourselves out without realising. For help there was only a phone number on the closed reception door and not having means to phone with a uk mobile we had to go out and find someone to call the number only to find the manager was on site. Why was this not on the closed reception door!
In the room the hall light switch could not be reached when the key fob was pushed into the holder to operate the electrics -...

"Great area, near beach, dog friendly but the villa desperately needs a new bathroom! The holiday park is more tilted to caravan and camping .. the amenities for them seen pretty good.
I recommend booking direct to the park as their fees are WAY lower that what we paid through Expedia . We basically got ripped off and paid hundreds more even with using our points discount which was over $250
Would I stay here again, probably not . Villas need a lot of updating ."
