"This hotel is what it is. The rooms are updated and the beds are very comfortable. The outside of the hotel is somewhat dated, as well as the lobby area. The “breakfast” was cereal, granola bars and mini muffins. This was a great place to take a road trip break and sleep. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while visiting UTK. It was clean, beautiful, and the amenities were great. It’s a little bit secluded from traffic, which was very nice for someone noise sensitive like me. I had zero disturbances through the night. The AC kept me at a comfortable temperature. Lots of dining options around. I got dinner at an Afghan food truck down the road. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was probably pretty normal for hotel food, nothing special, but I appreciated...

"Just spent a quick might"

"The breakfast was excellent, and there was a nice, spacious seating area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the shower pressure was low and the water was lukewarm at best. If you love a hot shower with good water pressure at a hotel, this will be a disappointment."

"Nice convenient location. Deign and layout of the property very nice. I was not able to connect to their Internet and the staff could not assist. I have been able to connect to the Internet in two other hotels and a public library during this multi-week road trip."

"Hotel was worn down- needed repairs, elevator seems like it was going to breakdown everytime we were on it. There was never a staff person at the front desk everytime we went in and out."

"Am awakened at 2;30 am by someone opening my door. They scream not expecting me in the room. Then a few minutes later the Indian manager is banging on my door and is yelling about me being in the room that I rented. He has his mouth full of some thing and is impossible to understand. He keeps yelling until I get my phone and show my check in info. He comments something about an Iphone and leaves."

"This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. "

"Staff was truly helpful - I was able to get a shuttle from the airport even though my flight was delayed and I arrived after 12:30am ( was supposed to arrive at 11:50pm). Breakfast had pancakes, omelette, sausage patties, biscuits and etc!"

"Good location, and mostly adequate for a short stay. The drainpipe underneath the sink was not actually connected to the sink, so it spilled on the floor when faucet was higher volume. Key stopped working in morning and when I approached housekeeping they were pretty rude. Refrigerator was very loud at times. "

"Clean, convenient, great price. Great little free breakfast from 6:39 to 9:30. Remember to call the hotel when your flight arrives to get them to send the shuttle. Bed was comfy! But the elevators were broken so I had to lug my suitcase up two flights of stairs. The room’s drapes are fake so the bright parking lot floodlight shone through the window a bit all night. You can hear some road noise and I think a smoke alarm battery was beeping periodically. Ruby Tuesdays is next door but otherwise...
