"Arrival the night staff at the desk was professional, but not very friendly to me or another potential guest. The grounds look like they were all under construction although the place look like it been renovated a while back the room had a strange odor and the beds were pretty and white so I assume clean the bathroom and the sink and need it grouting the floor was absolutely filthy. "This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. "
