"Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort."

"Room was just ok. Worn and dated. Air-conditioning located in living room and had to direct with fan down long hallway into bedroom. Could not open balcony door. Toilet ran constantly. Ants were all over inside. Had to get any traps to kill them. Ocean view across the street and not much. "

"AC wasnt on and room was hot and ran all day until late at night which made it hard to watch tv and sleep. It should've been a central air unit and not just 1 window unit. TV was also a smaller one as well. Location was ok but would've liked to been closer to an actual sandy beach as well. For the price it really didnt meet the expectations and probably wont stay there on my next trip!"

"We loved everything about this condo! It was super comfortable and right next to the beach! There were clear instructions and a nice binder of local attractions. It was nice having a separate space for our kids in the second bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I will definitely try to book this again next time I travel to Kona!"

"Nice place to stay at. Incredible views of the ocean.Unfortunately the AC was not able to keep us cool. The bedroom was incredibly hot. It was very uncomfortable to sleep even with a bunch of fans. The parking assigned to this unit was impossible to use for any car, maybe a motorcycle? We were lucky that the manager Michael was there and was able to accommodate us with a different parking.
