"This was a quite clean and well maintained property and very comfortable for a stay on the outskirts of Madison. We were there for a nearby family visit, so we were not focused on being downtown, but it didn't take long to drive into town. The breakfast was a little bit above average for a corporate hotel and we really appreciated the acceptable coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"when we arrived into the room there was an odd smell, I went to the front desk & They immediately went up to check it. Found out, it was the smell of the fires in Canada causing the smell. Turned up the air & it went away. The hotel was very nice and very large. Pool area was immaculate. Breakfast was fine - normal waffles, eggs, sausage. Had soda machines that accepted cards which helped, just wish there were snacks as well."

"The room was dirty, not clean at all. Lots of dead bugs smushed against the wall and the window shades. Drain flys all over the room. The closet had a gross sticky, brown substance all over the walls, so clearly attention to detail when cleaning isn’t there. Floor had residue all over it. Staff was okay, not super pleasant but okay. Elevators were slow and we had to walk down the stairs with n the last day due to elevators being used to hall up the new mattresses they were changing."
