"AVOID Completely unacceptable stay, serious safety issues and no hot water. READ REVIEW.Our experience with QF Living was appalling and completely unacceptable for paid holiday accommodation. From the moment we arrived, there were problems. The floors were sticky and needed cleaning, there were spiders and cobwebs around the property, a bathroom tap was loose, outside lighting was not working, a bedroom fan did not work and, by the morning we left, kitchen cabinet handles/knobs were also coming...

"Although a one-bathroom cottage with a downstairs shower looked initially to be difficult for our party of five, we quickly came to terms with it and enjoyed our stay. With bedroom windows opened we enjoyed the early morning views and sounds of the north Norfolk coast. The property was ideally located close to downtown Wells. All in all - a hit👌"

The accommodation was perfect for our family get together, ideally located with 3 pubs in walking distance and so close to the water too. The house is managed by a a friendly helpful team.
