"Lobby reception was amazing. When one of our guests needed a disposable razor, the receptionist came all the way up to our room to deliver a razor and shaving cream. Room service for cleaning was on-and-off: they left a “we honored your no-privacy sign” card on our door and did not clean our room despite us not leaving a no-privacy sign on."

"It's a Budget friendly hotel keep that in mind . The front desk people were very nice I didn't need nothing more than check in on my visit . My room was clean looked close to the picture from the website , beautiful wall paper of Minneaplis and bed clean . The furniture had wear and tire and some spots on the carpet , the TV was outdated but had good cable channels. Only issue the bathroom tub / toilet was not too clean but I did get a different room than the one I booked online . The bathroom...

"The atmosphere was awesome, very decorative and very well kept. One girl at the front desk named Patrick was awesome! He brought me a remote for my room and he even brought me a space heater b/c I was cold. The down side is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms nor do they have ice on the floors. Other than that it was great! I live that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you places though. Overall it was a good stay."

"Our first time here and definitely won’t be the last. Very clean and front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. Kids were excited about the pool but unfortunately it was closed the weekend we stayed. Very close to MOA and the airport. Cant hear airplanes so that’s a plus."

"Clean room but the bunk beds are too short and I am 5’7 “. They only had a little throw blanket on that bed also. If you have four adults in a room like we did two slept in the queen size bed and two of the adults had to sleep in the bunkbeds because the head of bed was horribly uncomfortable with springs sticking into your back. Very thin mattress. The number one priority in hotel, I think should be comfortable beds and multiple pillows and extra blankets rather than spending so much money on...
