Brought our own microwave breakfasts, but there is not one in the room so the one available was in the very front by the service desk where all the guest are leaving and entering. "Convenient to the airport as I had a short trip. Coffee available all day! Shuttle to airport was appreciated. Room had everything I needed. Comfy bed! I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff here was WONDERFUL. Kind and helpful, no matter who I spoke to. As a young woman traveling alone, hotel and motel picks can be tricky in terms of safety but I felt completely safe and comfortable at this location. It wasn’t the most luxurious room, but great rate and perfect for crashing in town a couple nights."

"Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is under going improvements and remodeling so there were rolls of carpet in the hallways but everything very well maintained. Room comfortable, well furnished (including mini refrigerator and microwave) and large in size. Bed comfortable. AC worked well and much needed given outdoor temperatures. Bathroom is a bit cozy :) (aka small). Location perfect for nearby family reunion. Did not use pool but it looked amazing. Also did not try free...

"The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly. Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again."

"Beautiful hotel! I wish they would have warned us the pool had closed down when we checked in, I came down in a swimsuit and towel and was super embarrassed! The room had a random wet spot on the floor, probably from cleaning. But it was still wet when we checked out. The room was SO nice, I will say that I wish the rooms had a microwave. The staff was incredibly kind, I could tell she was working hard covering check ins and the snack desk."

"The reservation was a pay at check in reservation which was supposed to be cancelled, on day of check in it was revealed it was not cancelled and the entire stay had been charged though it was not checked in. The issue was addressed prior to check in for the second day, and still was charged the entire 3 night stay as a “late cancellation fee” even though they had the room available the additional 2 nights for rent. It’s specific to this property, and has rubbed me wrong for Hyatt as hotel...
