The room had an unpleasant smell, which seemed to come from the carpet. The carpeting appears old and likely retains odors. The hotel should consider replacing the carpets or switching to hardwood flooring, which would make the rooms feel cleaner and fresher."

"Our only issue was that we arrived a few hours before check in time and were told no rooms were availble. We checked back every hour as told by staff. A room was made available to a travelling companion which was fine but we saw two other griops get rooms that came after us and we had to wait longer. Not sure of the circumstances but this let us wondering why we did not get a room even though we had inquired before others"

"Found hair and things in the beds and room, that seems as though the cleaning staff was not super thorough. It may have even been their hair that fell out when changing the beds, but still gross. Overall, the property was OK for a night. It is right next to I-4. There are plenty of restaurants and things close by. Main street is about 10 minutes away. "

"Rooms were clean, great location, pools a little chilly. But the most important thing is how truly amazing the staff is here. My party was experiencing unforeseeable issues and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodate and did everything in their power to help us.
