"Beautiful location overlooking the beach and ocean. EZ access to beach from hotel. Lobby bar and bites lounge was excellent as was the staff.
Only suggestion is to have drawers to keep folded clothes and we never got water replaced after checking in. Enough hand and washrags were hit and miss as was coffee getting replenished.
Overall it was wonderful and never had to wait for our room to be cleaned. We would leave for an hour and it would be done!!"
"Great mid range hotel. Stayed at this hotel many times and always have pleasant experience. Block from beach. Grocery store, excellent bakery next store. Rooms clean, beds and linen nice. Many rooms with private deck. Next time I visit Cannon beach, will return to this hotel. "
"Barbara was a wonderful manager. Her asst night manager was a nightmare. Could not key cards, rude with a lot of what do you want me to do about its."
"Breakfast was decent (no breakfast meat one day, but the rest there was), would love option to make fresh waffles, but overall good. The staff person was great and very on things, cleaning, getting more food out (we were there for 4 mornings).
Room was clean, had problems with TV, but night manager took care of it.
We were on the main floor, great access for my wife with disability to the car and such, for loading and unloading (I was at a pool tournament for most of every day).
The main problem we had was the upstairs people had, what we assume, was children up and running and pouncing on the floor 3 days of the 4, anywhere from as early as 4am to 6am, we called the front desk and it took until our last morning, to make it seem to not happen. Not sure what you could have done, but I am sure if we were up at 2am in the morning partying/tv blaring, that we would have been told to quiet it down.
All in all it was a good stay. (oh yeah ice machine was not working on the main floor for the whole time we were there, and we had to take the elevator up to the 3rd floor for ice)."
"We had a great room on the 5th floor closest to the Turnaround. This made getting to the beach and getting supplies very convenient. The property is currently under construction, so it's difficult to give a completely fair review of the property.
It's was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and small stove in the room. While the essential kitchen supplies are there, it did lack a pan for the oven. Also, don't plan on using the stove top for more than one pot at a time.
Mo's restaurant is located on the first floor. Which was great if you decided not to cook.
Bed was comfortable and there was a pullout sofa bed with the comfort level of any sofa bed.
The only issue we had was the thermostat would not work correctly. This might be resolved with the remodel.
Overall great location and hotel. Would recommend."
