"This is a Pet Friendly hotel, it has a "pet side" and a "non pet side" in my reservation I asked for "non pet side" as I was not bringing one. When I got there he claimed the hotel was fully booked and had no other choice but to put me in the "pet side". I said "OK as long as it's clean and quiet", the contract I signed noted that people with pets were responsible to keep them quiet or be faced with charges that the hotel would have to credit their other guests for the inconvenience of an annoying pet.
I went and napped after a long day and realized the dog next door was locked in the bathroom where its tail kept banging against the wall or tub and it kept barking, I complained at the desk, and went for dinner. Upon my return the dog was still doing it, so I called the desk, they went and spoke to the other guest and when done the guest proceeded to bang on the shared wall of our rooms. An hour later the dog started again and I again called the desk to no avail. Next morning the clerk promised that he'd get his manager to call and suggested they'd offer a credit. we are now (6) days later and no call and no credit."
