"Breakfast had these awesome ratings but it was really, really poor. Parking was in an adjacent hotel but not allowed outside Thatch which was odd when there are a minimal amount of rooms. It meant parking, carrying bags and then parking again. There was limited staff and you had to search for them if requiring anything. for instance the coffee machine was out of water and we had to wait 20-30 minutes for a member of staff to appear in the lounge to refill. "I’ve stayed at Cole’s bay twice now and found it just perfect for me. The owners are wonderful people that always make me feel welcomed. The breakfast is always great too!"

"Love Poets cove but the owners seriously need to make some investments. Staffing was terrible. Restaurant was terribly understaffed and not up to the expected level of a resort. The gym needs serious investment. Rooms were good but everything needs a spruce up."
