"Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry) Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. "

"This is a very nice place to stay. The day employees were very helpful and kind. Loved the room, the only problem was the tub. For being a handicapped room to get in the tub it was very very high. It had lots of grab bars, but if you are short, it was hard to get in and out of. Desiree our house keeper was excellent. She handled all our requests with kindness and a pleasant smile. Dorine at the front desk was extremely helpful, we arrived early and she accommodated our early arrival. I...

"Sheets and bedding were so old and disgusting. Everything is totally outdated and dirty. Breakfast was the bare minimum (I went elsewhere)."

"The staff Emily and Fara in particular were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and we were bothersome guests (in the nicest possible way). Kudos to them both for terrific over the top service. The room was spotless and housekeeping were pretty much on the ball whenever we asked. The menu is different but dinner (twice) was delicious. However if you want "regular" American there are local eateries a few minutes down the road. Bar service was friendly, obliging and courteous. All day...

"What a great find! The room was huge. The people were pleasant and helpful. The place had been refurbished and was really nice. Breakfast was like it is anywhere else. I will definitely stay there again."
