"We were two families with kid and stayed two nights. Overall property is really awesome, very clean with a convenient location. Staffs were good and well behaved. Breakfast was nice. Bathroom showers were not good in both rooms. Probably need a change. Also rooms should be cleaned daily even during stay which didn’t happen. Overall all I liked the property and happy with my stay."

"The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained, however as I got to my suite ready to sleep after a long day of driving. The body wash, shampoo & conditioner were all empty. I was left with no shower and had to go bed feeling sick. In the morning I tried calling room service but no one answered the stupud call machine doesn’t even work and if your even lucky to get a reply they’ll just say they’re sorry and they’ll look at it. I’m already paying so much, this shouldn’t even be a problem...

"It was a convenient place. We were able to access the highway easily and there are lots of eat out and stores close by. We stayed during the soccer tournament at Massachusetts. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool."

"Your facility is well cared for and your help was fine as well. As an aging person I would not stay there again because you don’t have any shuttle to the airport and it’s a very long way to get there. Any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at that was near an airport had shuttle service. I’m very surprised that you don’t. FMK."

"breakfast included was ok. building is in need of upkeep, it's clean but needs attention. Major safety issue with outside door that I was told would be fixed but not any time soon so it would be taped to stay unlocked (front desk promised they'd watch the door on the cctv!) toilet running, tv not working, ceiling peeling from sprinkler damage. Was moved to second room further away from unlocked outside door, room was fresher looking but bathtub walls discolored caulk and moulding almost...

"We booked to be able to bring the kids to the pool and their pool was closed, no where on the booking site or website says their pool wasn’t in service. The room we stood in did not have working a/c. The shower was clogged and kept filling up. Horrible experience will not recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at Best Western The staff was very helpful Toni who kept our room neat and tidy she was so helpful. The man at the front desk { I'm sorry I forgot your name} was terrific , he had lots of suggestions for places to eat. The lady at the breakfast bar was very friendly and had lots of places for us to visit. Everyone there was supper helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place."

"The bathroom inside handel was missing just a wood hole was there. For people who are allergic like myself t pets the ordering process should make sure someone allergic to pets does ot get put on a Pet friendlly floor or a room used with pets. I had to take medication cause I was itchy from animal hair or something and there are more people who have worse reactions than I do."
