"I really loved my stay at Kasa, the room was lovely and very much looked the the pictures online. The room was clean and a great size. Only complaint is that it smelt heavily of bleach when I came in but atleast I know my room was cleaned. The property is contained within apartments and has a receptionist at all hours. "I use to live in Chicago & had friends who lived downtown area & this was a typical Chicago style home! I wouldn't recommend renting a car. There's plenty of restaurants, shopping, public transportation to get you to where you need to go! There's a cigar bar on the second floor i was on the 3rd. I didn't smell any of it. "I love all when staying in the hotel room. Only staff services, there is still room for improvement. I expected amenities for sleeping in the sofa bed had been enough provided in the room before we came because we booked for 4 people when there was only one bed. Deposit money should be reduced, 1-2 days instead 5-10 days "
