"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"Stay away! We had a horrible experience staying at this hotel. The room, especially the bathroom filthy and there were some very “sketchy” people roaming around the property making it feel very unsafe. I’m not sure if they were staying in the property, but we’re in and out multiple times throughout the day and night just kind of wandering in the parking lot.
In addition, we arrived an hour early (after traveling all day) and were told it would be $30 to check in an hour early.

"We stayed here on our way to Vancouver BC. The hotel was close enough to spend a day in Seattle and return for the night. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
