"We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. "We stayed at the west wing which has not been renovated yet. But, the room was very clean and charming (not as outdated as others wrote in their reviews). I was pleasantly surprised to see that each room had a balcony with city or bay view. The staff were very polite and professional and the restaurant served delicious entrees. We will definitely come back to this hotel again. "
