"I will start with the pros...check-in was easy, as it was via a code to get into the room. The bed and bedding were both very comfortable. The room itself was basic, but the decor was nice and we liked having the vanity separate from the toilet/shower area. The location was very ideal and close to Newburyport. The cons...the walls are paper thin and we we could hear basic conversations through the wall from next door. We had an ant infestation in our room, which we didn't see until we got...

"Were given a room w/ 1 bed. We reserved 2 queen beds. Went back to the office, and he sent us to a different building with dog poop in the parking lot and a dirty hallway. Only 2 pillows on each bed for four people. Went back and requested more towels and pillows. He came back with 1 pillow, told me we should be fine because we already had 1 pillow per person and they only had 1 pillow left. Mold on the shower curtain & bathroom ceiling. 2 of the outlets including the 1 in between the beds are...

"Everything was great! I'd like to add that sound travels from upstairs in the suite to the lower level and vice versa. We had to keep the volume of the upstairs TV way down because our guest below could easily hear it. I wish there was a door or at the top of the stairs. We's still stay there again. It was very clean, pretty, & a quick walk to downtown. The staff at the desk were very friendly!"
