"Check in was more than 30 minutes. Once we had our keys we were told they were temporary keys and to get back in line in 10 minutes for the actual keys. We were told this was because the room was marked as clean. But not marked as ready. So staff had to go room to room to see if the clean rooms were ready. The catch is we would have had to wait in line for another 30 minutes to get the actual keys after we were given the temporary keys. Process made no sense. The hotel is also in a pretty run...

"Poor parking, no robes initially, robe delivered was old and torn. Towels were old and hard, Pillows only 3 initially were small and uncomfortable. Room configuration was odd, tv remote was slow. Air conditioning was ineffective"

"The hotel is definitely showing its age. The parkade has seen better days. The rotating restaurant on the 24th floor was expensive but really good food. Our room was not cleaned and we had to reuse wet towels for two days (we did not call to complain though). Great location to take transit and not a far walk to Roger’s Place and the Ice District!"
