I booked a specific room, and upon arrival I was informed that it was no longer available. Instead, I was given an accessibility room, which is not what I reserved. I would expect to be upgraded for the inconvenience, not downgraded. This reservation issue was not caused by me, and I am very disappointed ...

Very clean, friendly stuff, restaurant and cold breakfast. We had a great stay with our toddler girl. Pretty thr receptionist was helpful. The resultant guy I forgot his maw was amazing. Beautiful getaway. My daughter loved making waffle at the breakfast. Can’t wait to go again
