"Cleanest hotel floors ever been in excellent housekeeping and towels were new white super soft and fluffy Full Kitchen was a bonus but not needed as plenty restaurants close by. Shops plentiful 10 min walk. Old Montreal a must 15 mins walk away. Breakfast was continental but very nice bagels toast cereals eggs ham cheese yoghurts and 3 different types of cake ! Juices and coffee Would definitely recommend this hotel"

"I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the cleanliness of the room we checked into at your hotel. We checked in on the afternoon of June 16. Before going to bed that evening, we carefully inspected the bed and found what appeared to be blood stains on the bed sheet, as shown in the attached photos. "The hotel needs some updating. Furniture is worn and some is broken. Walls have a fair amount of damage that a coat of paint would solve. Both toilet paper holders were broken and falling off the wall."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Plus is location, close to all bars, store, downtown. We liked a pool and a parking. We did not like sofa bed at lot, it need it updated to a new one. Bud beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was nice and we needed to pay for it. We found café for much less money."
