"Motel is a barebones and rough around the edges option for a very very low rate. That being said, the staff make the experience very inviting and try to accomdate you as much as possible. My situation required me to have a microwave and fridge in my room (pre-reserved). Upon showing up, a room wasnt ready with those ameneties, but the staff kindly upgraded the room to a full California King Suite to accomdate my needs with no additional charge.
