"The location is fantastic with ample free parking. It is close to downtown and old town. There are nature trails next to the property. You can enjoy a walk (a loop) around the lake to see beautiful wildlife. It was ideal for our stay as it is also close to the highway and airport. The airport is 10 minutes away.
In general, there are power outages in the Territory and one should be understanding of that. The hotel team, pivots quickly to work with these issues.
More attention could be paid to the upkeep of the hotel. It's the small things like vacuuming furniture and carpets. Updating living room furniture at some point. Ensuring things such as the in room phones actually work or the ice machines in the hallway.
When these things were brought to the attention of the front desk, they received it with gratitude and were sincerely sorry for any inconvenience.
It is a great location and there were two conferences being held there during our stay. It didn't feel like the hotel was overwhelmed with people because it is a large venue.
