"The property is close to town and has a great view. However, it is in desperate need of a complete remodel. We stayed in an oceanfront king. The bed is actually a queen
The room reeked of cleaning chemicals to the point of making your eyes water. There was barely a trickle of luke warm water in the shower. The cable went out and never came back on, the light on the balcony didn't work, the coffee machine was clogged and blew hot coffee throughout the room, and the hair dryer actually blew up in my hand. I was them accused of smoking in the room because of the odor from the hair dryer. I would avoid this place at all costs.
The restaurant was extremely overpriced and the food was barely edible. St Croix has numerous great places to stay and eat.....this isn't one of them."

"Checkin was smooth, but once we got to our room, we noticed one of the ceiling fans was not fully connected to the ceiling. There were never any towels by the pool & we had to go to the front desk to get them. Our second night there, we wanted to take a shower after being at the beach/pool all day & there was no water!! We literally had to wait until the morning to shower! Also, I truly believe someone stole a pair of clothing from my suitcase when they came to "clean" the room! When I told the lady at the front desk about the issues, she didn't seem to care, nor did she offer any discounts. This was our first time staying there & definitely our last! The customer service is non-existent & the resort is trash! Do not waste your money here!"
