"I had an excellent stay at the RIU Plaza Chicago. One of my favorite parts was the Sky Deck experience — stepping out onto the glass and seeing the street directly beneath you was unforgettable and such a unique highlight of the trip.
The breakfast was honestly the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. There were so many fresh options and everything was well stocked, flavorful, and organized. It definitely set the tone for each morning.
Customer service was great from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and easy, and even though we arrived early, a room was already available for us, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and welcoming the entire time.
The hotel is also incredibly walkable. We were able to get to Michigan Avenue and several major attractions without needing transportation, which made exploring the city simple and enjoyable.
Overall, I have absolutely no complaints about my stay. Clean, modern, convenient, great service, and an amazing breakfast — I would definitely stay here again."
