"Pleasant staff and an adequately maintained facility. Need to increase the maid staff in order to cut down on the time it takes to service the rooms. Biggest complaint is the lack of handicap parking near the hotel entrance. Only one space was designated, with the rest of the spaces being valet parking. The remaining handicap spaces were located at the far end of the building. This places an enormous burden on caregivers who have to tend to their loved one as well as their luggage."

"Breakfast tasted very bad. They had cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, apples and juices and coffee. The staff was nice. The hotel looked clean, however, the rooms are another story. They smell like old basement, the jetted tub barely made any bubbles, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all watered down so you have to buy extra ones. If you forgot any toiletries(like tampons, toothpaste, toothbrush, bottled water, etc), you have to buy whatever you need from their store. They...

"The hotel room was musty smelling, the AC was terribly at cooling the room down. The carpet was filthy. The bed was very uncomfortable. There is no elevator. Would not stay here again."
