"We reserved 3 rooms with the hope of enjoying the pool and hot tub. It was my mom's 75th bday and this was a surprise stay. "Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The rooms did not feel properly cleaned and were noticeably dirty and dusty. Several of the rooms also had a strong musty, mold-like smell, which made them uncomfortable to stay in. We ended up having to change rooms multiple times because of the conditions, which was incredibly frustrating and disruptive. Even more concerning, my husband and I both woke up with unexplained bug bites during our stay. We are sincerely hoping they were not from bed...
