"Staff very helpful"

"Property is very nice and renovated, staff is helpful and also very nice. View from lakeside patio is amazing. Only reason for four stars is a few improvements could make a big difference, like coffee in the rooms.(it was available for free in the lobby), and bar soap in the bathrooms. There is very little room on the bathroom sink to put toiletries, but the bathrooms are clean and renovated and showers are good. We had a nice stay and would visit again."

"We only needed a place to spend the night as we were visiting family in the area. Shower pressure was surprisingly amazing! Breakfast was included which was a nice bonus- I appreciated the variety of yogurt flavors & the apples were wrapped, making them ideal to take for later. Staff was friendly!"

"Checked in, and room had multiple dead bugs on and under the covers. Asked for a different room. Second room was better, but smelled of mildew. We did not swim in the pool, but it did look fairly green. I personally would not stay at this hotel again."

"Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....

"We received a call asking what time we were coming as they wanted to make sure someone was there when we checked it. When the sign said someone would be there until 9:30. When we arrived we had to call and then the guy walked us to the room. He said he just shampooed the floor which was confusing as to why. When you walked in you were instantly hit with the smell of weed. We thought it would go away but by day 2 it was still there, and only in one spot right when you walked in. We didn’t want...

"The room smells like a bathroom, the sheets was dirty, the ac sounds was so loud I couldn’t sleep at all , and when I try to shower the water won’t get hot after letting it running for 30 minutes"

"Everything was perfect except the air conditioner was loud. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent."

"Very clean and well maintained. The TV was about 32 inches which isnt a big deal but its nice to watch TV in your room at night. The "beach towels" are tiny so take your own. Continental breakfast is "chilled food" so toast cereal yogurt. Kids in the adult pool most of the time. But overall for the price it was worth it."

There was a bad storm before we came which resulted in dead birds scattered In front of our room. They were there for the entirety of our stay. One was still alive we took care of it. "This condo was at a perfect location! Close to all bars/restaurants. The bar/restaurant at the condo was really convenient. The staff were amazing!"

"The property was extremely convenient for a family trip to cedar point. The beach, restaurants, and park are all walking distance so our vehicle was able to stay parked the whole trip. The cottage is basic but very nice and the view of the lake is great. The only complaint is that the pool was extremely dirty and does not appear to be serviced often. Check in was great and I would probably stay again in the future."

"The location was great! Private beach was very nice. The office closes at 8:00 and that is where the ice machine is located, so no ice after 8. Could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, a great place to stay."
