I am really sorry this was your experience at our property. We take cleanliness and presentation very seriously and we'll look into these issues immediately. As for the lack of a suitcase stand and place to hang clothes, we appreciate feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve. Thanks and we hope you'll consider us again in the future!

Dear Eric, Thank you for your review, I am terribly sorry we could not accomodate a late check out. As I mentioned to you, we work very hard to make sure all cottages are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for each of our guests and need the dedicated time to do so. Additionally, once completed, the staff moves onto another one of our properties to do the same. I appreciate the information about the window and will have our maintenace team address it right away.
