"Taj was doing construction and didn’t notify us until a week before our booking, leaving us with little option. The entire lobby was in construction. Dust everywhere near by. We couldn’t have friends meet us there and it wasn’t the experience we paid for. The managers evaded us the whole time regardless of numerous attempts to contact them. "Brilliant hotel and literally round the corner from Paddington station and a 5 minute stroll to Kensington gardens. The spa is small but cute and you get it to yourself for 30 minutes. There is only a plunge hot tub and steam, but it is lovely!"
