"The room was so much more spacious than we expected. It was clean and quiet and the hosts provided some nice staples for their guests. Getting in and out was very easy because of the stellar communication, and we had a very easy walk to the venue we werw going to, as advertised. Very happy with our stay, thank you!"

"The room was excellent and had all the amenities you need to feel like you’re home. The property is walking distance from all public transportation. The building itself is beautiful. It’s hard not to stare at it. Loved that there was an Aldi walking distance to have by a few groceries during my stay. "

"I had a lovely time at this place. The staff were friendly when I needed assistance (it's all virtual), the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend! "

"I was a little hesitant to book this property because of some of the reviews I saw but I honestly didn't have any issues. Once I booked, I started receiving communication from the property manager, I paid my fee and got my instructions all smooth. The place was clean, had everything I needed for my stay and there were several options for food nearby. "

"Very convenient to public transit. The neighborhood is rebuilding but short 15 minute walk to Brewerytown main area and hour walk to the city. The layout of the 1 bedroom really worked well."

"The apartment sits in the middle of a vibrant Philly neighborhood, a short walk to the shops and restaurants on South Street and a 10 minute easy walk to Rittenhouse Square or to City Hall."

"The place was beautiful and very nicely decorated. I was impressed!!!! Any questions I had were quickly answered!! Again, it was a very nice place to stay!!! Everything I needed was there; a market and store right down the street to walk to. Very convenient."

"I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. "
