"The room was okay, but we experienced issues with the room key and had to be moved to a different room. Unfortunately, the new room was located next to a storage area. Starting around 7:00 a.m., the noise from that area woke us up and made it difficult to get any more sleep. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and expected a quieter and more restful stay. Thanks for the late check out though!"

"Not impressed. The room was very small and was filled with furniture that made it feel even smaller. The curtains wouldn’t open all the way to take in the view. The carpet was well traveled. Looks like they only re renovated the bathroom. Feels like the type of place that would have bed bugs and cockroaches, by my surprise I didn’t find any. Elevators are slow and very busy. The pool was nice but very busy. They make you wear a wristband to gain access to the pool, which makes it feel like you’re in an amusement park. Very fitting because you have to stand in line for the pool ladder. I would stay clear. There are many better options."

"Great hotel! Perfect manager and staff! Only thing i didnt like was no microwave in room, and the garage parking. We ended up parking on Market street to be able to keep our car keys with us at all times because all of the garages are Valet. NO SIR. Property was gorgeous and everyone was helpful and friendly. The manager was the bomb!"
