"The breakfast was really good. The hotel and room were very clean."

"The bathtub was heavily rusted and looked dirty; I couldn't shower properly because rusty water kept getting on me. I mentioned this to the staff, but there was no real response. Although the fire alarm didn't sound, it kept flashing every 10 seconds, which disrupted my sleep."

"The front desk staff wasn’t helpful or accommodating. Poor customer service and breakfast wasn’t as appealing. We stayed on the first level and the house keeping and maintenance was super helpful and great customer service. Any issues in regards to our room they tried to resolve them."

"Our room was fantastic! We had a very spacious room with a king bed and a separate living room area. The hotel restaurant was very good, especially for seafood. The hotel is close to Longwood Gardens and Chaddsford Winery. We also found a wonderful restaurant nearby called the Naked Olive. We had a wonderful weekend."
