"Restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner and no room service. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. There was a table but it only had 1 chair. "

"Helpful staff! Set us up with pack & play for our infant and helped coordinate the airport shuttle for us. Would use again."

"I checked in went to start my shower the water was scorching hot and set my smoke alarm off maintenance man Indian man came to my room I had no shirt or bra on grabbed my towel he came in fixed the alarm went in my bathroom turned my shower to cold and left I turned the water back to my temp got in showered when I turned my shower off to get out he knocked at my door again and was trying to come back in my room made no sense to me nothing else was wrong I was scared I watched him stand in front of my room door after I told him to leave. I called the front desk and they hung up on me after complaining "

"Parking is very safe and easy. Some areas in the hotel can be noisy. The rooms should be non smoking however I can still smell smoke through my bathroom vents. The rooms themselves however for the most part were cleans. Place needs a little upgraded. Breakfast is offered and the shuttle service is nice. "

"The room I purchased was given to someone else. Once they decided to put us in another room, they gave us double bed when I purchased a king. The card for the parking didn’t work so had to go back again to fix that. Then the sports lounge has cockroaches on the floor that I also recorded to report. I would NEVER go here again. The staff was terrible and acted like we were bothering them to get into a room we paid for."

"We booked last minute and we had no choice so stayed at this hotel. Check in personnel was very flat and just gave us a key. We couldn’t get into our first room (key card didn’t work) and second room was also struggle to open the door. 5 minutes after our arrival 3 boys knocked on our door saying something about Adidas and I told them wrong room. I can see them looking back in the peephole which was creepy and scary. I knew enough not to open the door but they were hanging out in the hallway for a while and we just stayed in our room until next morning. People were loud in the hallway all night long for no apparent reason. Hotel was cheap but then they added $25 for parking which increased the cost of stay. Convenient as it’s close to the airport and looks like that’s the only reason people stay there but not sure why some people would stay otherwise"

"Great hotel near the PHL airport. Front staff is excellent, nice bar, gym is in nicely setup, and the Delta Pantry is an added bonus for elite Bonvoy members"
