"Stay was for a family wedding; a shuttle was to be proved for transportation to and from the venue. When asked at the desk during check in was told hotel had no shuttle service and no information about wedding transport. I did arrive before check in time and since my room was ready they allowed early check in. I did find the shuttle parked outside later."

"The rooms here are very spacious and clean, and it's great having a desk and chair and also large refrigerator. Very easy check-in and room key codes (sent by email). Location is outstanding for proximity to historic, art, and Longwood Gardens. Coffee shop right next door is fabulous, too, as is floral shop.
