Motel tại Quận Northampton

"I want to say that this was the worst experience that I’ve had at any hotel. Do not go to this hotel. The manager is really rude and aggressive. The rooms are dirty and they smell like cigarettes and really bad. The floors are sticky and dirty. They only give you one towel and one little bar soap, no conditioner, no hygiene products. when we arrived the room was not even ready, and once we complained within an hour of the sticky floors, dirty rooms and smell we weren’t given any type of refund....

"I do not recommend this place, our family booked 2 hotel rooms for a vacation and both of them ended up having roaches, and I mean INFESTED they would not refund us for the remaining of our stay. The owner was very rude and didn’t care about what we had to say she simply canceled our stay and told us to figure it out. There was piss stained mattress, and the rooms including the check in office smelled awful. It was actually so gross how many roaches we saw. I have pictures and videos of...

"While the cost of the room was great once we got into our room you could see that the place was really run down. Smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, paint missing from the walls, cleanliness was questionable, and didn’t feel safe. There are no amenities near by. Gentleman at the front counter was very nice and helpful but due to the condition of our room we ended up forfeiting the cost and going somewhere else."

"Rooms smells bad and beds are dirty I won’t to stay and ask to redound me money but they don’t want to do? In Expedia about rooms say non smoking but they lying. It’s not fear."

"There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. The room was disgusting, the floor probably hadn’t been swept ever. The shower had mold & there wasn’t really any hot water. The mini fridge was covered in old food and the room smelled musty."
