"Only stayed here because nothing else was available for my daughter’s graduation week. Walking into the lobby it smelled like a nursing home and cleaner products. Only 1 elevator. Check-in took too long, but checkout was fast. They charged my card temporary $100 incidental fee for each of 2 rooms which hit my credit card as a charge. 2 bus days later it hasn’t been refunded yet. Found a small bug on bed, and bigger one in tub. AC in one room did not even turn on, electric outlets on one side of room did not work. Picture missing from wall with bracket showing. Outdated bathroom had ugly drop ceiling. Didn’t feel clean and room had a residual smoke smell. Continental breakfast was okay and appreciated but not great. Will never stay there again nor at a Comfort Inn. I knew what I was getting but really had no other choice. But I expected the basics to be met. Very disappointed."

"Checked in, initially given the wrong room key, room was occupied! Glad they weren’t there. Went back to the front desk, lady was apologetic and gave us the right room keys. Hallways reeked of weed and trash. Trash was overflowing in the elevator lobbies on 2nd and 3rd floors. Got into our room to find it barely cleaned. Floor appeared clean and bed made but that was about it. Kitchen had residue all over the cabinets, broken cabinets, refrigerator and other surfaces covered in a layer of greasy dust. Office chair had food residue all over it. Bathroom was disgusting, no toilet paper. Folded out the sofa bed for the kids and found leftover pizza crust and food in the bed and the bed dropped dirt and food onto the floor as well. Went to call the front desk but the phone cord was cut. My one son has a bad cat allergy and was suffering bad. Looked at the sofa bed to find it covered in animal hair. I didn’t realize this place was all pet friendly, nothing during check in or booking indicated that at all nor was there an option for a non-pet room. Went back down to the front desk and was told they were out of rooms and no cleaning available so she let us out of the booking. 2 days later I still haven’t been refunded, called the hotel general manager and he was apologetic, stated a refund was made that night now it’s up to hotels.com to refund. I recommend staying away from third party booking sites as this is the fourth time I’ve had to fight to get a refund."

"Check in was awful, took them 20 min to find my reservation, the they said that they did not get the payment form Expedia. And they tried to charge me the current rate of $599 + Tax at check out! The staff has no idea what they are doing! No shower caps, Q tips... nothing... extremely disappointed. "

"This place has a lot of work to do to bring it up to even average standards in the hospitality industry. A few notable issues: “Free Breakfast” - Yes, but: The dining area had dirty tables and serving areas. No staff going around making sure things were clean. Food choices were limited and not being restocked regularly. When I got down there on Sun morning at 9am—only real options were white bread (no jelly), cereal (no milk). No fruit. No eggs. no sausage. It took several patrons complaining to desk staff to get some food going. Really a poorly managed affair. Smell of gas on 2d floor hallway – Seems gas powered dryers or other equipment are venting in the hallway. Really bad paint jobs in stairways and halls. Dirty carpets in star wells. No elevator. Filthy dirty pool. Gym was mentioned in ads –no gym found Indoor Pool mentioned in ads—where was that? I suggest this place needs major management attention—for the high price paid on Memorial Day weekend, I feel I was robbed of a decent hotel stay when I needed a couple of nights in town for business."
