"Room was acceptable for an RB&B, bathroom was recently renovated ands excellent water pressure. Pool was not heated as advertised. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was continental, hard boiled eggs, make-your-own waffles, pre-made breakfast sandwiches, etc. best feature is the gourmet coffee machine! Excellent!"

"Rooms were clean only room
Issue was a leaking tub onto tile
Floors. Only one functional elevator for a fully booked hotel. Spent more time during our stay waiting on elevators than we did anything. Front desk staff not friendly or accommodating. Nice ocean view, pool was fine just no rules when it came to who came and went. No one available when an issue arose."

"It’s my go to each time I go to Daytona which is about once per month now. Each time I’m here for 3 days and I always enjoy it. If you’re looking for cleanliness, peace and quiet and budget friendly, this is the spot. Great sun deck, pool and entrance to a low key section of Daytona Beach. I’m hesitant to give a great review because I want to keep it just the way it is."

"0 stars. This hotel was absolutely disgusting and nothing like the pictures online. The photos are extremely misleading and make the property look clean, updated, and well maintained when in reality it is the complete opposite. The entire hotel seriously needs to be remodeled from top to bottom.
When we arrived, the room was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. There was hair still left in the tub, the bathroom was filthy, and the overall condition of the room made us uncomfortable...

"All the rooms are ocean view. The balcony has 2 seats and a table. The view is great. Ocean front rooms over look the pool area; there is no privacy on the balcony until the pool closes at 10:00 PM. "Upon arrive I loved how small and quaint it was. Check in was super simple and quick. Staff was so friendly.. my kid and I loved our room, the hotel was clean and smelled nice. It was quiet and private. My kid forgot spare contact so we had someone overnight them to us, Jody called us and was so sweet she took them to our room and left them on our bed because we wouldn’t make it back before she left. They were just wonderful. 20/10 recommend this place."
