"The hotel is located on historic route 66 and nice looking, but all surrounding properties are a junk yard. Good parking especially if you have a long truck and trailer set up as several staying did and parked in the empty lot next door. Ice machine was broken. Everything seemed chaotic and disorganized when we arrived but looked better by morning. Breakfast is ok, the dinning room is small. Difficult to get help, possibly understaffed. Not well maintained. "When I booked a stay in Holbrook, AZ, I didn’t expect much. What I found at the BW Arizonian was a very pleasant surprise. It was clear that the rooms had been recently refurbished and repainted, with new fixtures and a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was a cut above the typical buffet at a “breakfast included” hotel. And the staff was very efficient and helpful."
