"Very nice hotel. Extremely clean rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms are. Beds are very comfortable. Nice breakfast with good variety. Very helpful staff. Great location. 3 minute walk to the beach and the city center."

There are no shops in the nearby area, which can be a big problem for guests without a car. Also, the air conditioning was leaking water and unfortunately, it wasn't fixed during our entire week-long stay."

I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia...
