"A Hotel that looks like an overpriced Motel. (My kids words lol) when you pay a lot for one night and then they charge you more for hotel service fees, and some more for valet, also 2 burgers for three figures plus service fees for selling you the burgers then you get room service of 2 items (same order and they bill you for 2 delivery fees of 6 each) it’s just crazy. Ended paying another bunch for 2 meals and all the extra fees. Not worth it at all. The Ritz is a lot better"

"Great Ritz property. Easily and immediately one of our new favorites. Great staff. Club level room was a bit small and underpowered, but everything else was really nice. Great beach, golf, island feel, Fernanidna town was super cool too. Highly recommend."

"The room has been renovated, but when they renovated the floor underneath, must not have been stable because the room is on the down slope, and there is a lot of soft spots in the floor. It was dusty and dirty. I had to actually clean before I would let my grandkids stay up in the room upstairs because the fan was terrible. And then they have their nerve to leave an envelope asking for a tip. I couldn’t believe it. I have stayed at this place before and it’s always been dirty but this time I...
