"The property was great and the communication with property manager was right on time and very accommodating. It was a great stay with a pet and had a nice little doggie park on property, however, just like all dog parks, the pet owners do not pick up after their pets as they should. We were not able to use the pool, gym or other facilities, but they all looked very nice and maintained properly. Heads up for anyone with staircase difficulties, there were no elevators in our building, but only...

"I loved the cabin and the area near the creek - quite peaceful and lovely, especially at night with all of the twinkle lights. The staff were amazingly lovely. There was an odd metal dental pick stuck in the chair, a dead roach on the floor in the middle of the room, there isn't much water pressure in the shower and the wifi nor cell service worked at all, and you can hear every single thing your neighbor does in their cabin. "It was good for what we needed. It allowed us to bring our dog. The unit was dated and the sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged. Other then that worked well"

It has old dingy carpet upstairs, old cheap dinnerware, cookware, glassware, etc. Everything is cheap, old and outdated (except the downstairs patio table/chairs, that looks new) Musty smell was horrible -- I went out and bought candles to help mask the smell. Also, this is the first beach house we've ever rented that didn't have any beach gear—no chairs, umbrella, towels. Nothing- so come prepared.
