"This place is Hilton service the way it should be! I stayed here 6 days. The staff here was excellent. Ms Bree & Ms Emma at front desk both took the extra steps to make sure everything was good for my stay.
The room was exceptionally clean, from the bathroom vents, to the tops of the doors! there wasn't a speck of dirt, dust or mold to be found. Again the way it is supposed to be.
Rooms had stove top, refrigerator/freezer, pots & pans to cook, plates, cups, utensils, etc. Couch, table to work or eat, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Had an iron and ironing board, closet, dresser, TV & ceiling fan. Air-conditioner worked well. ***There was no safe in the room.
The shower was clean and good pressure. ***Did not have a hose spray nozzle.
The pool (although small) was very clean as was the gym and the lobby. The pool closed at 9pm, by the time you returned from dinner it was closed. I feel the hours should be later until at least 11pm. It is right next to the gym which is opened 24 hours.
Breakfast was ok to good depending on who was working. You could tell the days the Spanish woman/cook was off because the food fell off a bit. Buffet style breakfast that switch up the breakfast meats daily. *** the hotel coffee wasn't the greatest.
It was in a good location walking distance to lots of the areas restaurants, distilleries, coffee shops, bars, etc.
I would absolutely stay here again!
