"The staff is amazing!!! The woman at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful in getting us checked in as early as possible. Also, the man at the bar (who has worked there forever) is so bomb!!! He’s always so pleasant and the food is always excellent! "

"Aloft is a fabulous hotel for the night when downtown Orlando for a show.
It is very clean, beds pillows comfortable nice towels, shampoo in shower with conditioner and body soap. The only thing that was missing was a restaurant. You can eat at the bar but space is so limited. "

"Staff was AMAZING! We stayed March 2 to March 5th, and became our flight was delayed we paid for the extended check out at 2pm.
We did have a problem with a light, and the chargers in the room. They sent maintenance IMMEDIATELY and it was fixed. "
