"The hotel itself and the rooms were dirty. Mold in the bathroom, stains on the floor, and dust on the lights. The elevator is broken and can only go up. If you want to take it down you have to call the front desk and the staff will send it up to your floor. Except the phone in our room was broken so we couldn't call down anyway. However, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Continental breakfast was okay."
